Shipping Policy
At Wylie’s Wood & Leather, every item is handcrafted with care in our Los Angeles workshop. Here’s what to expect once you place an order:
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3–5 business days to process your order. Expect an email with tracking information once your item is on the way.
LOCAL PICKUP (Los Angeles, CA)
We currently offer local pickup by request only for customers in the Los Angeles area. This option includes a small handling fee and must be arranged in advance. If you're interested, please email us at workshop@wyliewoodworking.com before placing your order.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping within the U.S. based on your order’s size and weight.
Shipping is generally via USPS or UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order details. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, excluding furniture items such as benches, ladders, and chairs. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email workshop@wyliewoodworking.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
