Every item Wylie makes is built to last a lifetime (and then some). We know that sometimes issues arise during shipping or you change your mind on a color; so for moments like this, we've got you covered.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the customization.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Proof of Purchase
Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, with your return.
Return Process
